Delete Account

You can delete your FitSamen account and all associated data yourself, at any time, directly in the app. This is the fastest way — no waiting required.

Deleting your account in the app

Open the FitSamen app and log in to your account.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete account (at the bottom of your account settings).
Confirm with your password.

What happens after deletion

Your name, email address, profile photo and bio are deleted.
Your health data (weight, body measurements, check-ins, progress photos) is deleted.
Your messages, buddy connections, coach link and notifications are deleted.
You can no longer log in with this account — this cannot be undone.

No longer have access to the app?

If you can no longer use the app (for example, because you no longer have access to your device), you can submit a deletion request by email. Send a message from the email address on your account to:

privacy@[domain]
